description:	The peptide sequence is published in Boursnell, et al. J. Gen. Virol. 66 (Pt 3), 573-580 (1985) [PMID 2983001]. In further experiments, negative reactivity was found with antisera against Australia T, China Ch5, Singapore P4, and China T3 isolates of infectious bronchitis virus. Strong positive reactivity was also found against fragments of the nucleocapsid protein spanning amino acids 175-209, 310-370, and 360-409.
