The Swiss-Prot positions refer to the polyprotein, the paper refers to the VP1 protein within the polyprotein. Antibodies to the epitope were detectable in sera from animals that had received one dose of epitope, and the antibody response was renewed when animals were boosted with epitope, but not when animals were boosted with VP1 peptide 141-160.
