Generation of anti-peptide and anti-protein sera. Effect of peptide presentation on immunogenicity.
|
| description: |
A quantitative comparison of the immunogenicity of branched peptides relative to the equivalent protein-conjugated (KLH/thyroglobulin) and resin-linked linear peptides was performed. The titres of sera from rabbits immunized with branched peptides were higher than those of rabbits immunized with protein-conjugated peptides which in turn were higher than those immunized with resin-linked peptides.
