description:	This is one of the 490 overlapping hexapeptides tested, spanning the entire Dengue-2 Envelope protein. The Swiss-prot positions correspond to the location of the peptide in the precursor polyprotein, the authors positions to the location in the Envelope (E) mature protein. This peptide and adjacent overlapping peptides are recognized by ≥2 out of 7 patients and are therefore considered to define an antigenic region. This peptide is a proposed Dengue-2-specific epitope.
