Epitope specific mAb S67-27 bound O-deacylated LPS from recombinant E. coli encoding Kdo transferase WaaA from Chlamydophila trachomatis, C. pneumoniae, or C. psittaci. Similar results were obtained with LPS purified from Chlamydia.
