description:	The epitope reacted strongly with 1 of 4 and weakly with 1 of 4 pools of Ana o 3-reactive serum IgE from cashew nut-allergic patients. Each pool contained 4-5 patients' sera, and included at least one serum that reacted strongly with Ana o 3 on immunoblots and 3 other sera with varying degrees of reactivity.
