name:
Discovery of human antibodies against the C5aR target using phage display technology.
description:
Reformatted and humanized IgG clones were tested by FACS for their cell binding activities on C5aR-expressing cells. Binding of clones to undifferentiated U-397 cells was used as the control. Promonocytic U-937 cells were terminally differentiated with Bt2cAMP for 3 days prior to assay.
