The structure of a complex between the NC10 antibody and influenza virus neuraminidase and comparison with the overlapping binding site of the NC41 antibody.
|
| description: |
The epitope of NC10 Fab on N9 neuraminidase was determined from the crystal structure of the complex. In the complex, the neuraminidase-Fab protomers are closely packed along the four-fold rotation axis of the crystals. The four Fab fragments bind to the upper surface (distal to to the viral membrane) of the neuraminidase tetramer.
