| name: |
Immunological characterization of two hepatitis B core antigen variants and their immunoenhancing effect on co-delivered hepatitis B surface antigen.
|
| description: |
Reactivity of the sample was determined by probing nitrocellulose membranes on which overlapping 12-mers were synthesized as spots. Intensity of the signal was evaluated visually. Negative responses to this peptide are seen both for serum IgG and vaginal lavage IgA after immunization with core protein only, either intranasally without adjuvant or s.c. in alum, and also when coadministered with HBsAg.
