description:	This is a partial epitope - consensus motif is thought to be KVXATIXSF obtained via glycine or alanine scan. Multiple antibodies (M1, Y1, Y5, Y7 and Y22) were panned from an Fab library using the virus particles propagated in Vero-E6 cells and expressed in baculovirus as fully recombinant human antibodies. 15-mer peptides with 1 aa overlap were dot-blotted and probed with the antibodies. The antibodies were also able to bind to vero cells infected with the virus and were able to netralize the virus.
