description:	This peptide is part of an immunoreactive domain (aas 1403-1456 in the viral polyprotein sequence) of protein P3C, with mild reactivity with acute-phase sera samples. Swiss-prot ID and positions correspond to the genome polyprotein, not to the mature source protein. 7.3% of acute phase sera recognize this peptide while 0% of normal human sera samples do.
