Immunization with TCP alone did not induce a high-titer immune response to peptide 4 at 21 or 37 days postimmunization. B1 consists of mice immunized with class II-targeted TcpA + cholera toxin + anti-CD-40 MAb. Animals were also tested for IgG2 and IgA at week 37 postimmunization.
