Epitopic region determined by Western Blot analysis of N-terminal and C-terminal truncations of FCV N protein.
C-terminal and N-terminal truncations of N protein were assayed for binding to puumala virus mAb by Western Blot. mAb GB04-BF07 has been shown to cross-react strongly with Prospect Hill virus and Seoul and weakly with Haantan virus. This assay maps the epitope to a segment of N-protein between aa 17 and 59.
