description:	This peptide is similar to peptide 21-35 of M. leprae homologue protein, except for T23M, A25P, D32E and T33N substitutions. Source protein also known as 10 kDa chaperonin, Protein Cpn10, BCG-A heat shock protein and 10 kDa antigen. Recognition of this peptide by IgG3 is seen in 2 out of 10 leprosy sera, while recognition by other isotypes is not seen.
