Source protein also known as 10 kDa chaperonin, Protein Cpn10, BCG-A heat shock protein and 10 kDa antigen. Recognition of this peptide by IgG1 is seen in 1 out of 10 leprosy sera, while recognition by other isotypes is not seen.
