Source protein also known as 10 kDa chaperonin, Protein Cpn10 and 10 kDa antigen. Recognition of this peptide by IgG1 is observed in 2 out of 9 tuberculosis patients, while recognition by IgG4 and IgG3 is seen in 1 patient.
