description:	This peptide is similar to peptide 61-75 of M. leprae homologue protein, except for L61V, S64S and T68I substitutions. Table 2 states the sequence is LDASEGDTVIYSKYG. Source protein also known as 10 kDa chaperonin, Protein Cpn10, BCG-A heat shock protein and 10 kDa antigen. IgG1 recognition of this peptide is seen in 1 out of 8 healthy endemic control individuals, while not recognition by other isotypes is observed.
