Seven mAbs against alpha-D-mannopyranoside (6G8, 2D10, 1H11, 2F11, 5F5, 5F7, 4C4) cross-reacted with the epitope by ELISA. Five residues (Phe 3, Tyr 6, Tyr 8, Ser 10 and Ser 12) in the peptide were important for binding to mAbs (2D10 and 1H11). The isotype of mAb 1H11 was IgG1, and the isotype of mAb 2D10 was IgG2b. The light chain of mAbs 2D10 and 1H11 was Kappa chain.
