description:	The epitope specificity of these monoclonal antibodies was identified by scan of overlapping peptides spanning amino acids 301-401 of the E protein. In this assay, the monoclonal antibodies exhibited reactivity with a peptide which was designed an an antigenic hybrid between two peptides from the E and prM proteins recognized by these monoclonal antibodies.
