| name: |
A potential peptide vaccine against two different strains of influenza virus isolated at intervals of about 10 years.
|
| description: |
Antibodies in the sera from five mice immunized with MAP-46F/HA127-133/54A(18mer) were pooled and tested for binding activity against primed peptide. The testing osera from mice immunized with a monomeric construct (46F/HA127-133/54A(18mer)) also showed a reactive response against the Aichi/68 strain but with a much lower titer (10 folds less) compared to MAP-epitope construct.
