Becausue of the discrepancy between the peptide used in the paper and the Swiss Prot sequence, we have created a new IEDB source to account for this peptide.
Total sIgA in intestinal fluid was determined by RIA using plates coated with anti-sIgA. The S and C forms of the peptide were also tested, and they elicited more sIgA than the peptide.
