description:	Antibody responses were measured by ELISA to 25 synthetic peptides representing the deduced sequence of the DEN 2 Jamaica E glycoprotein. Peptide 4-6 elicited antibody titers with a geometric mean of 4-fold greater than background in BALB/c (H-2d) and NIH-Swiss (outbred) mice.
