| name: |
T-helper cell epitopes on the E-glycoprotein of dengue 2 Jamaica virus.
|
| description: |
In order to determine which peptides could prime T helper cells for an enhanced antiviral antibody response, NIH-Swiss (outbred) mice were immunized with peptide and then challenges with a sub-optimal dose of DEN 2 virus (determined in Figures 4 and 5). Mice immunized with peptide 16 showed responsiveness following challenge. A significant change in titer was observed between days 5 and 14 post-challenge.
