description:	Only the amino acid start and end positions were provided in the manuscripts. However, the sequence of the epitope was kindly provided to us by the authors. To map the epitopes of the SARS N protein, a synthetic peptide was synthesized and used as antigen for protein array assay. Among the 28 peptides tested, peptide 11 showed strong antigenicity, close to that of full-length N-protein.
