The reactions of a panel of 34 mouse mAbs specific for the dengue-2 virus nonstructural-1 glycoprotein, were analyzed using 174 overlapping synthetic nonameric peptides covering the entire sequence. Binding was also shown against homologous peptides from dengue virus types 1, 3, and 4.
