description:	The sequence referred to in the paper is VP1 the database sequence includes the full polyprotein. DA MAb2 bound to VP1 from the TMEV wild type DA strain on western blots, but did not bind to VP1 from escape mutants resistant to DA MAb2 neutralization. Escape mutants were sequenced and found to contain the single change of the V914 residue to phenylanine within a region identified as binding to this mAb in previous studies.
