description:	The immunogenicity of peptide 26-45 was tested in H-2d mice immunized with this peptide alone or conjugated to ovalbumin (OVA). High titer peptide-specific IgA was generated against this peptide. Mice immunized with the peptide-OVA conjugate showed similar responsiveness. Three different mouse strains (B10.D2, B10, and B10.BR) were immunized with similar results.
