Of the 9 mAbs raised with the type B toxin from strain Okra, the 4 mAbs reacting to the translocation (HN) domain cross-react with the heavy chain of strain 111 BoNT/B, while only 1 of 5 mAbs reacting with th Hc domain of strain Okra does. Same results are seen in WB.
