name:
T-Cell-dependent antibody response to the dominant epitope of streptococcal polysaccharide, N-acetyl-glucosamine, is cross-reactive with cardiac myosin.
description:
N-acetyl-glucosamine (GlcNAc)
MAb 10D4-A9(IgG2a), 2D6-B1(IgG2b), 16B2-A1(IgG2b), 14G2-B12(IgG2b), 11C6-E3(IgG2b) and 6G14-F6(IgM) all reacted to epitope conjugated BSA (50:1 molar ratio), cardiac myosin and keratin protein. MAb 14G2-B12 and 6G14-F6 also cross-reacted with ssDNA and actin, respectively.
