description:	This sequence codes for the major coat protein (VP1), and also for the major capsid protein (VP2, last 555 aa). Antibody reactivity was observed in 5 contiguous spots from peptide blotted membrane. The overlapping region, residues 547-554, was thus considered to constitute an antigenic region. Both acute infected and post-immunity patients sera pools showed the same activity.
