Immunization with a tetraepitopic lipid core peptide vaccine construct induces broadly protective immune responses against group A streptococcus.
|
| description: |
Lower titters were observed for epitope-specific antibody responses from the mice immunized with tetraepitopic lipid core peptide (LCP) construct without adjuvant CFA. A decrease of titer was observed over time after the immunization. Increased the number of epitopes attached to LCP limited effectiveness of some epitopes, while mixing different LCP constructs had no adverse effect.
