description:	Three sets of overlapping 18-, 25-, and 30-mer peptides, each spanning the entire length of ORF2 of the HEV Burma strain were synthesized. Six antigenic domains within the HEV ORF2-encoded protein were identified using overlapping 18-, 25-, and 30 mer peptides: residues 12-147, 143-222, 221-373, 381-504, 490-579 and 573-660. The reactivities of individual peptides with immune sera are captured herein.
