Modulation of the humoral response to repeat and non-repeat sequences of the circumsporozoite protein of Plasmodium vivax using novel adjuvant and delivery systems.
|
| description: |
Immunization of mice with peptide conjugates induced initial primary as well as an intense secondary responses against both constituents of the vaccine. Reponses were improved with the addition of the beta-casein adjuvant, and the most intense response was observed for vaccine formulated in microspheres. Similar reactivity was observed when the peptides were used as a mixture to immunize mice.
