Six mAbs (2G3, 5H8, 8B8, 8A8, 8E11, and 6B8) prepared against P. knowlesi sporozoites reacted with the epitope. Excess unlabeled epitope inhibited the binding of labeled epitope to each mAb coupled to beads.
