Modulation of the humoral response to repeat and non-repeat sequences of the circumsporozoite protein of Plasmodium vivax using novel adjuvant and delivery systems.
|
| description: |
Peptide-specific IgG was induced in mice immunized with this peptide beta-casein adjuvant. Mouse strain (C56BL/6, BALB/c, CBA/j or Swiss) and type of vaccine formulation (liposome, alum or microsphere) had little effect on the overall peptide-specific titers. IgG1 was the predominant isotype, followed by IgG2b. IgG2a was also seen when HBP was formulated with microspheres.
