description:	Mice of different inbred strains (12) developed anti-sera against epitope MAP peptide, as well as recombinant circumsporozoite protein (CSP) and sporozoites by RIA or immunofluorescence when they were immunized with irradiated P. berghei sporozoites. However, wide differences of Ab responses were observed in different mouse strains (15) immunized with recombinant CSP from P. berghei.
