The inhibition was higher when both the adjuvant nor muramyl dipeptide (nor MDP) and a T helper determinant (CS.T3) were used. Lauroyl tetrapeptides (LPT) were also tested as an adjuvant with slighly lower inhibition than nor MDP. BALB/c, C57BL/6 and FVB/j mice were also analyzed with similar results.
