Four mice/group were analyzed. The response was higher when the adjuvant nor muramyl dipeptide (nor MDP) was used. No significant increase in the antibody levels was observed at the second bleed. Lauroyl tetrapeptides (LPT) were also tested as an adjuvant with a similar response to nor MDP. BALB/c, C57BL/6 and FVB/j mice were also analyzed with similar results.
