description:	Sera from mice immunized with the epitope (P9) emulsified in CFA or mixed with CpG reacted with the overlapping peptide P8 (143-172), but not with the overlapping peptide P10 (173-189). To localize the epitope, sera were tested against a library of overlapping 15-mer peptides covering residues 140-189. Anti-P9 reacted only with the peptide H (156-170).
