| description: |
Sera from mice immunized with the epitope (P9) mixed with CpG did not react with the overlapping peptides P8 (143-172) or P10 (173-189). To localize the epitope, sera were tested against a library of overlapping 15-mer peptides covering residues 140-189. The authors deduce the epitope to be in residues 178-186, based on wt anti-P9 reacting with peptides K (172-186) and L (172-186) and not with J (164-178).
