description:	Sera from mice immunized with the epitope (P8) emulsified in CFA or mixed with CpG reacted with the overlapping peptides P7 (128-157) or P9 (158-187), indicating the presence of two epitopes. To localize the epitopes, sera were tested against a library of overlapping 15-mer peptides covering residues 140-189. Anti-P8 reacted with the overlapping peptides D (140-154) and E (144-158), indicating an epitope within residues 144-154.
