In another experiment, HBsAg 102-111 GMLPVCPLIP competed for the binding of mAb 6H6B6 to the phage peptide. In addition,peptides coated on the wells of ELISA plates via streptavidin were not recognized by the mAb indicating that the 6H6B6 is conformational.
