| name: |
Distinction between immunogenicity and tolerogenicity among HBcAg T cell determinants. Influence of peptide-MHC interaction.
|
| description: |
Mice immunized with the epitope generated anti-p120-140 antibodies. The production of epitope-specific antibodies was reduced (tolerance) when mice received an injection of p120-140 as neonates, followed by an injection at 8 weeks. The injection of mice as neonates with p120-140 alone failed to induce epitope- or HBcAg-specific antibodies.
