name:
Vaccine engineering: enhancement of immunogenicity of synthetic peptide vaccines related to hepatitis in chemically defined models consisting of T- and B-cell epitopes.
description:
Different models were designed to produce MAPs containing the epitope. In the heterologous branching model, 4 copies of two different antigens were attached to the same octabranching MAP to give a diepitope MAP with a design of alternating antigens. For comparison, the dimer was also tested resulting in a better response.
