name:
Vaccine engineering: enhancement of immunogenicity of synthetic peptide vaccines related to hepatitis in chemically defined models consisting of T- and B-cell epitopes.
description:
Different models were designed to produce MAPs containing the epitope. In the homologous branching model, the antigen was branched homologously to give 8 copies of dendritic forms of antigens attached to the core or a homomeric dimer of the MAP was produced by the removal of the protecting group. Also, a heterodimer containing a diepitope MAP was tested resulting in the best response.
