There is a discrepancy concerning residues 73 and 74 - the authors print the sequence as R73 and R74, but cite accession number Y13396 (GenBank) which lists them as K73 and K74. Based on this citation and the article's references to conservancy/identify to other Leishmania species' H2B histones which have K73 and K74, those residues were captured for curation.
