The epitope-specific mAb F126-5 bound to skin lesions (biopsies) from paucibacillary (16/22) and multibacillary (11/11) leprosy, as well as from sarcoidosis (6/6), psoriasis (2/3) and leishmaniasis (5/5) patients. No reaction in normal and contact allergy biopsies was found.
