description:	Antibodies from infected animals, affinity purified using an epitope-column, were used in a single replication virus-neutralization test with PRRSV strain Lelystad. The epitope-specific antibodies were able to reduce infection in a dose dependent manner. The epitope sequence was deduced through study of overlapping peptides.
