description:	The epitope sequence is from the reference cited: Morris et al. (1993) J Biol Chem 268: 10900-10905 [PMID: 8496155]. Epitope specific mAb 7G10 bound to TSHR and blocked TSHR cleavage in a dose-dependent manner, thereby increasing TSHR expression. In contrast, epitope specific mAb TAb-6 bound to TSHR, but did not affect TSHR cleavage or expression.
