Pretreatment with DNBS did not affect the development of anti-DNP IgG antibodies 12-13 days after sensitization with DNFB. Pretreament with DNP-conjugates also did not affect the response. Injection of DNBS or DNP-conjugates after DNFB sensitization also did not affect the anti-DNP IgG antibody titer.
